As many of you might have noticed, Scrumy.com has been down this past
weekend. Unfortunately the server hosting company we were with for 12
years (Rackspace.com) shut our account down because of an expired
credit card that was associated to the account. They were sending
emails to an unmonitored email address and as a result the emails were
ignored and the account was eventually shutdown. After numerous
failed attempts Rackspace was not responsive to our plea, even though
we have been hosted on their servers for the past 12 years.
Fortunately a complete backup of the database was taken, and a
temporary "read only" version of Scrumy is live.
You will be emailed this special "read only" URL to view your account.
Please contact support@scrumy.com if you have any questions or
concerns.
To all of your loyal Scrumy customers we are deeply sorry for this
inconvenience. All monthly and annual subscribers will be refunded
for this past month, and annual pro customers will be refunded on a
pro-rated basis.
What does the future hold? There has been a new version of Scrumy in
the works over the past few months, so we hope to get this new version
live within the next month.
